ABOUT

Dedicated, loyal and passionate about music. Been signed, toured the country many times, played in front of millions of people collectively, recorded in legendary studios, charted on terrestrial radio and satellite radio and became an audio engineer along the way.

Touring is where my heart is and after a hiatus (needed a small break from 2 decades of being in a band), I'm ready to get back in the saddle.

I'm easy to get along with, do well sleeping in tight quarters and don't use any drugs ( not even Tylenol) AND can play to a click! What more can you ask for? :D

Toured or shared the stage with bands such as:
Motley Crue - Tour
Godsmack - Tour
Alice in Chains - Festival
Hell Ya - Festival
Sevendust - Tour x2
Drowning Pool - Tour
Apocalyptica
Nonpoint - Tour
Alterbridge - Tour
Rev Theory - Tour
Flaw
Future Leaders of the World
And countless others

Influences

I have influences from Buddy Rich to Slipknot and everything in between.

I love playing music where the drums can breathe and feel big without having to be playing a million notes. (Think Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle, Korn, radio stuffs).

I strongly understand the role of a drummer and every drum/cymbal I hit has a purpose, it has to complement the song no matter what.

I approach the drums from a musicians point of view and not as "someone just playing the drums", and this what makes my pocket playing and style unique.

Instrument experience:

Drums:
Expert
Other Percussion:
Moderate

EQUIPMENT

Kick, snare, Tom's(2 up, 2 down), Sabian cymbals(endorse), 2B custom sticks with a medium taper, double bass pedal(I do not over use it but can definitely make it rumble if needed) and custom made in-ear system.

I use Remo Pinstripe heads as they tend to give me the best life span and sound sick on the maple shells.
