ABOUT

I picked up his first pair of drumsticks at the age of 10. Soon after, I was playing in my first band. In high school, I played snare drum in the marching band and was also the lead drummer in the stage/pep band. After graduation, I put together my first all original group, Gypsy Blues, with one of my best friends from high school. We recorded an album and ended up opening for 70’s rockers, Foghat. After a couple of years, Gypsy Blues, disbanded but, I continued playing for a variety of bands in and around my native East Tennessee. In 2006, I relocated to Nashville and quickly made my presence known in Music City. I caught the ear of Charlie Daniel’s drummer, Gary Allen, who asked me to be the ‘house drummer’ at Gary’s weekly jam sessions in downtown Nashville. During those weekly jam sessions, I got to play with many Nashville alumni. I continued to do ‘fill-in’ work with a wide variety of bands over the next few years and eventually relocated to Fort Myers, FL in 2017. After relocating to Florida, I hit the ground running. Within a couple of months, I was asked by young guitar protege, Mike Imbasciani, to join his band. While, playing with Mike, I continued to network within the Fort Myers area and soon caught the attention of a variety of working cover bands and, before long, I was filling in all over the Fort Myers area. I eventually joined the tribute band Nightbird - The Ultimate Tribute to Stevie Nicks in 2019.
