Recently moved to the PNW from Nashville, where I was with a number of bands. I'm open to playing all kinds of music. I'm not a showboater -- I can give you fills and solos, but mostly I'm about laying down a solid beat and enhancing the feel of the tune with the right rhythm.

EQUIPMENT

Small Ludwig kit that I use for most club gigs. Small Gretsch kit for the same or gigs where I can stash it somewhere. Bigger Yamaha kit that I use for bigger venues. Lots of cymbals and a half dozen snares. Nice Meinl cojone for really small gigs, often augmented with whatever hand percussion works. Gon Bops conga and tumba. Couple of 5-string banjos. Fender Jazz Bass. Yamaha electric piano.
