ABOUT

Hi, I am looking to play in a band that has similar musical taste and passions to me (duh), I have played shows with School of Rock and filled in for friends, but I have never played in a consistent band situation. My style varies but I like to stay on the low end. Depending on the song I may play very sparse, or loud with lots of crashes if, say, it was the Foo Fighters. I am pretty flexible but have to love the music I am playing. I may have less experience than some, but in some ways that is an advantage because I am original and have found my "voice" so to speak. I also have a decent voice and can sing backing vocals. I don't try to impress, I play what the song deserves and what I feel deep in my soul. I am open to suggestions when playing but do not like to be told what to do. I am not just a metronome, I am the foundation of the groove.
