Trying to get back into the live scene with an original or cover type band. I've been very anti pop/ bar music over the years but I do enjoy playing live. I studied percussion in college and had nice snare chops going into it, but I expanded on my musical vocab playing various latin styles along with jazz. Essentially, I lend my snare drum chops to my set playing, along with my various musical styles approach. Rock is fun sometimes as well. I do play in an original band so I'd have to balance both.
The only music I'm really against now is southern rock/country.
Lolcomputervirus at the Gee would be the best way to reach me. Cheers.

EQUIPMENT
DW Design and PDP maple bop kit. Rotate between 5-6 snare drums depending on the music; got a really nice custom snare by Swindoll.
A mixture of Sabian and Zildjian but also recently got into the Wuhan Western line. I tend to use more non traditional cymbals like Ozones and Trash Crashes, Crash of Doom.
Also have lots of hand drums, aux percussion and just bought a Malletstation.
I do have mic's as well; Audio-Technica.
