<p>FADED OUTLETS are a three piece band who play heavy rock with punk overtones, while at the same time playing acoustic music that is orchestrated by various instruments. While the guitar may suggest hardcore music, the poppy vocal melody and the punk/classic rock influenced drums makes up the coherent bonding of the band. Organized confusion.

<p>The band started in february of 2005 when schoolmates Bryce Gourley(drums) and Andrew Namkung (vocal/guitar) met. What started as jam sessions recorded onto a $25 cassette recorder from a local Fred Meyers, became the band Faded Outlets as we all know it. In July of 2005, the band released a 4-song demo EP Album, featuring the song "Smudge", along with their previously released songs "Caffeine", and "School Bus." The CD also features an unreleased acoustic song, "Empathy" which brought up a whole different side of the Faded Outlets.(To purchase one of the CDs, please contact one of the band members) The band hopes to build a strong fan base and deliver music that is enjoyable.
