SEEKING
Band to Join, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Keyboard.ABOUT
I am a singer/songwriter looking to get into live gigging this year.
I'm very dedicated and a super hard worker, so I'm excited to put together a show so I can start pitching it to get gigs.
I have a few originals from my current artist project: linktr.ee/for_moses
Looking for a guitar or keyboard player so we can adapt some of my current originals and write some more originals together to create an adaptable live show with a backing track of electronic drums and band members that we don't have yet.
I imagine our setlist to contain a bunch of covers of music that we love also, so we can get paying gigs at any kind of event that would require a range of covers... parties, events etc.
Being a duo should make it easier for us to organize together in the beginning but I wouldn't be against continuing to add real musicians to replace the track once we can start to get consistent live paid gigs.
I play ukulele and a little keys, and recently picked up a bass guitar and would be down to see if I can get good enough to play bass with singing on the songs it suits.

Influences
My tastes/sound are: anything 60s/70s/80s, Bowie, Stones, The Dead, CCR, Fleetwood Mac, Grace Slick, Phil Collins, Kate Bush, Imogen Heap, Vampire Weekend, A R I Z O N A, Rufus Du Sol, Owl City, Regina Spektor, CHVRCHES, AURORA, Mitski... so my tastes are all over the place but my voice is like an anime character... so I usually adapt covers to a dream pop/indie folk style. You can get a good idea of my voice on my IG.
