I am a guitar player looking to join a band or start one together with others from scratch. New to the Ballantyne area from SouthEnd.
Home field would be the Queen City and/or Lancaster county - let's be that great local band that our friends and neighbors love to party and unwind with on Saturday night!
I have been playing guitar for almost 35 years since middle school and am looking for experienced musicians that just can't stop loving music. Looking to play covers to start and work in a limited number of originals later, including tight parts with room for plenty of live improvisation in the Jamband mentality (but with focus and direction). I am a quick learner and can jump right in. I have some formal training, but am a feel player.
I have a day job and family, but I am committed and make the time. I enjoy regular weeknight band practices (plus gigging perhaps once a month to start).
