LOOKING FOR DRUMMER, BASSIST & KEYBOARD PLAYER WITH GUITAR ABILITY FOR EARLY BRITISH ROCK SHOW BAND. MAY RUN CONCURRENTLY WITH A TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS TRIBUTE BAND. GOOD VOCAL ABILITY A MUST.
I am a pro, hard rock lead guitarist. My experience runs from the local pub to the open road. I have played thousands of gigs starting at age 11. I have strong vocal ability, backup harmonies to part-time leads. My musical performance interests covers late ‘60’s, ‘70’s, ’80’s, ‘90’s and 2000’s rock music – hard and melodic. I also like some country rock, southern rock, blues and country. I don’t much care for death-metal-screamo-core stuff; whatever you call it.
I like working with professionally minded musicians who truly know their craft and their instruments. I like to rehearse efficiently and put on a tight and entertaining performance, keeping in mind the direction and focus of the group.
I have an equipped rehearsal space. I am available to rehearse and perform on a weekly basis. I have no substance abuse issues and little tolerance for them. I have no drama issues either. I have reliable transportation and professional equipment. See below.
I get just as excited about playing guitar now as I did when I was a teenager. It all still feels new and fresh and I have a blast every time I go out to play! I have the most fun when everything is cookin’ just right!!
Special Note: I’m a gear junkie and tone chaser!!!
