I'd rather write original music than cover songs. I'm open to writing in all genres. Honestly I listen to modern metal, but I'm a wiz on the acoustical guitar simply because I've been playing it for a long time. So I'm down to write pop, folk, alt, etc. anytime. I can hang with any style of vocals, including jazz, blues, and R&B. You've got vocals, I've got a rhythm.

Influences
My favorite band as an adolescent was Pink Floyd. Then I became a grunge kid, fell into nu metal, and since I've gotten into modern metal, such as Gojira, A Day to Remember, Bad Omens... I like some of the outlandish sub-genres like epic metal and of course Babymetal.
