Ive been playing drums since high school. in my 20s i used to play in a few touring hard core bands. Im pretty good with double bass techniques. I play a very unique style and do very well listening and gelling with others. I try to never be overpowering or agressive in my aproach as i love to groove and find the pocket with other musicians to create a tight jam session. some issues i have right now is im rusty as i didnt play at all for about 8 years. But about 6 months ago i purchased a set and started playing again.
