The Generations" one of Peoria's hottest bands is currently seeking a drummer! Looking for someone with chops, transport, pro gear and the ability to jam. We play mainly covers and are always looking to throw some originals into the mix. We cover bands from the beatles, stones, oasis, phish, moe, green day, the killers, weezer, ac/dc and everything in between. We are a fun group of guys who love to play music and work a crowd. Shaun (lead guitar, vocals) is currently using: Amp: An old VOX english made AC30TBX it is the mac daddy, nothing but pure tone. His guitars (which are ever) are 1. 1960 Fender Relic stratocaster in sunburst. 2. 1964 Gibson Custom Shop SG VOS in red. 3. 1980s Rickenbacker 330/12 string in white. 4. As backup and for weird tunings, an early 90's Fender Eric Clapton "Blackie"

As for Shaun's Effects: he stays pretty old school and doesnt like the effects processors becuase they rob tone. He uses a Boss Tremolo/ DOD chorus/ Line 6 DL4 Delay/Boss Blues Driver/ Vox Overdrive Boost/ Ibanez TS-9 overdrive/ Ibanez TS-808 overdrive/ Vox Clyde McCoy Wah/ and a rocktron talk box. All strung together with George L's and Monster Cables.

Colin (lead vocal, rythm guitar, keys) Colins rig is straight foward. AMP: 1963 Fender Twin RI. GUITARS: 1. Fender John Mayer Edition Stratocaster in gold. 2. Rickenbacker 360VP in fireglo. 3. Gibson Custom LesPaul w/ bigsby in white.

Colin's effects are pretty simple but uncompromised in sound. Boss acoustic simulator/ Boss Super Overdrive/ Ibanez TS-9 Tube Screamer/ Chorus / and a Phaser. Wrapped in Monster cables.

For the keys Colin uses a Roland xp50, it is simple and gets the job done.

Frank's Rig (Bass and Vocals): AMP: Ampeg SVT-4 pro head running a SWR 10x8 cab. GUITAR: is a Modulus Quamtum 5. His rig is simple, but dont be fooled, it thumps... hard!
