Geoff Piper, is currently a member of Tuesday Vinyl (Denver's Rock & Pop alchemy, covers & originals with a retro-modern twist #TuesdayVinyl) located in Denver, CO.

Geoff originally from Lexington, Kentucky, began his musical career at an early age first on the piano, then clarinet then bass guitar. Geoff performed with several bands during high school (The Disturbance at Henry Clay in Lexington, KY and Dead Center at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, NH) and in college (The American Dogs and 3Over) mostly on bass guitar and singing backup vocals. Geoff attended Berklee College of Music in the Summer of 1995 within its Performance Program studying Jazz.

After college, Geoff moved to San Francisco and began his professional touring and recording career with Canvas based initially out of San Francisco but later Austin, TX. With Canvas, Geoff played bass, sang back up, and played hundreds of shows all across the western United States. After Canvas, Geoff played bass and sang with the band Exhaust but also released 1 record eponymously (i.e., The Geoff Piper Band) with the members of Exhaust and other friends. During this period, Geoff also served as a session bass guitarist working out of Skyline Studios in Oakland, CA with several credits to his name in that period. Geoff took a brief hiatus from music to attend law school between 2002 to 2005.

After law school, Geoff formed the band PinPoint Mercy (PPM) with the original members of Carousel. PPM released 2 records and played many shows throughout the Bay Area. After PPM, Geoff joined long time friend Vitor Pereira to complete a suite of songs that dawned the band Winter of None and their first record. Geoff left San Francisco in the Spring of 2018, traveled the world to pursue his photography, moved to New York then landed in Denver in September of 2019. Geoff and Kirk met within the first week of Geoff’s arrival to Denver. The rest is history and the beginning of Tuesday Vinyl!
