I am 16 and a junior in high school. I love to sing, and I'm currently looking for jobs as a vocalist at restaurants over the summer. I sing Alto 2 in my school choir (3 years) and Soprano 1 in my church choir (4 years). I am more comfortable in my Alto range; however, I can sing Soprano when I'm warmed up. Since middle school, I've played Ukelele, and I can generally learn a song pretty quickly. I love to sing slow and emotional songs because I like evoking emotion from the crowd, although fast songs are fun.

Influences
When I was a kid, people told me that I couldn't sing and wasn't any good. So, I set out to prove them wrong; I learned that vocal cords are like any other muscle in the body; they can be trained until they are strong and reliable. I've been working on it for the past eight years to improve myself, and now, I'm proud of my music and what I'm capable of.
