Existing Top 40 cover band with paying gigs lined up is seeking a new female lead singer.
Over the past year, we have played over a dozen gigs at North Jersey bars and private parties. In 2012, we are looking to focus on growing our following, playing more gigs, and developing our showmanship.
Currently, the band consists of three 25-35 year old male musicians playing guitar, bass, and drums. Each of us has 10+ year experience in playing in original/cover bands. We practice once a week in Parsipanny, NJ and are looking to gig 2-3 times per month.
With our previous female singer, we have covered songs from today's female artists such as Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Katy Perry. But we also cover some 80's pop rock to be more versatile and tailor sets to the audience.
What we're looking for: Female vocalist in her 20-30's who can engage a crowd and leave them wanting more. Band experience is a plus, but not necessary. If you play an instrument, let us know.
