Rus is an extremely diverse singer, songwriter and
musician from Glasgow, Scotland and has been in the
USA for 4 years, starting out in Manhattan and currently
based in Tampa Bay, Florida. Using his voice and Roland
digital pianos he performs a wide range of songs in
nightclubs and events around the state on a nightly basis.
Rus has been entertaining professionally for 12 years, first
being the front man for a very successful Virgin Records
showcase band in Scotland, then performing in various
stage musicals in Britain, with roles such as Benjamin in
the Andrew Lloyd Webber production of 'Joseph and the
amazing technicolor dreamcoat' and Seymour in 'The little
shop of horrors'. Following a brief taste of success in the
UK, he decided to pack a suitcase and board a plane to
the US, otherwise known as the land of opportunity, to
pursue a solo music career in May 2003. Rus has a long
list of references including Barcode in Times Square
Manhattan, Soma Records (Daft Punk,The Prodigy) and
Terry (Hulk) Hogan.
His much anticipated debut album 'Cheers' is expected to
be released commercially in early 2007.

Rus uses a 2007 edition Roland Fantom X6 digital
keyboard with 16-track professionally composed backing
files. (The same used by bands such as U2, Coldplay and
to a certain degree every other top modern act!) In other
words, he has more of a complete live sound than many 3,

He provides his own sophisticated technical loudspeaker
equipment and can adapt to any age, size or shaped
venue and/or audience.
Rus also has a catalogue of several thousand popular
songs including originals. By combining all the 'oldies' with
the more modern ones, he performs a fun, lively set which
entertains every musical taste.
