Have been classical guitar for years, but also play old school rock type stuff. I'm decent with leads and can fingerpick both acoustic and electirc. My lead style is a little bit like BB King or Hendrix when he had a clean tone. As a pianist, I'm heavily influenced by Elton John. I'm good with chords, and I am building skills as far as doing keyboard solos goes. Have tried to find gigs as a solo act and have decided that I would like to work with one other person who would perhaps be a guitarist tenor vocalist who could learn songs with complex chord changes and maybe perform 70s era pop covers. I sing okay but with someone else around things might get easier. But just a duo at least for now as I am not up for playing in a full band at this moment. I really would like to play out once a month and very interested in doing outdoor festivals.
