I am influenced by a wide range of genres and groups. It is hard to describe my own writing but I can name some of my favorite bands and artists.
Drudkh, (old) Opeth, Enslaved, Tesseract, ISIS, Tool, Blut Aus Nord, (old) In Flames, Andromeda, Megadeth, Failure, Pentagram, Intronaut, Shiner, Ne Obliviscarus, Disperse, Alice in Chains, A Perfect Circle, Deftones, Weather Report, Miles Davis, Marcus Miller, Jaco Pastorius, Jaw Box, Two Inch Astronaut, LOG/Burn The Priest, Pendulum, Soilwork, Maudlin of the Well, The Mars Volta, TTNG, BTBAM, Agalloch (first three albums), Whoever composed the music for the Mega Man and Mega Man X games for snes and Playstation. etc. I am not limited to metal but I would perfer a mix of elements of all of these.
