I started playing guitar when my dad left hes fender with me when he went to drive truck for a year or two and i just started to fool around on it and taught myself and got pretty good and my mom sugested that i get professional lessons and i tried it for a while and i decided that i liked it a little i mean i had fun and everything but i had to much to work around with my job and school so i didnt have time for lessons. i took the lessons at andyman music in marshfield and i learned alot of real basic but very important things like scales and proper picking. i only went to those lessons for a few months and now i would consider myself a great guitar player because since my lessons i pick up my guitar and practice what i learned and try new stuff and techniques every day on any of my free time which adds up to be about 3-4 hours on a week day and probably 5-6 hours on the weekend. i have piles of guitar books and magazines and i love playing my guitar. if i ever have the chance i would take it as far as i could.

Influences:

mostly metal bands like SOAD, Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, Otep, Cradle of Filth, Atreyu, and All That Remains.
Otherwise i like to mess around a little with punk music like Dropkick Murphys, Blink 182(Before they were "famous"), and Sum 41

Equipment List:

Fender Squier(mini), BC Rich Warlock, and an Ibanez Gio.
