I started singing for actual live performing (original) bands in the 90s, and have sang in a bunch of original, and cover bands since. I've been told I have an incredible range, but that's up for debate! I can sing anything from Led Zeppelin to Rush, and Tool to Deftones with precision in both range and rhythm. Both my parents are/we're in semi professional bands, and or trained professionally... So that may have helped some. I've also have played bass, trumpet and piano... But can't read music. I've always just played by ear, and no one knew the wiser... Even my music instructor in high school, while playing first chair trumpet.. Lol!
