Before you call or e-mail me: Serious inquiries only. Looking for a "Christian" Guitarist, Bass Player, & Drummer (male or female) for a back up band for a Female Christian Artist/Songwriter. Age Pref.: 18-40. I would prefer (but not mandatory) that you live on the north/northeast/northwest side of Houston metro to make practices closer for everyone (I live in Spring-close to The Woodlands).

Requirements (no negotiating on this): You have to be a committed Christian-on & off the stage to perform with me (We're all sinners saved by grace but we're representing Christ-No cussing, drugs/alcohol or living with your girlfriend/boyfriend, etc...). Must attend a Bible teaching church on a regular basis(Denomination's not important as long as it's mainstream Christianity). Also, be ministry oriented. Please, consider if you meet my requirements before calling or e-mailing me. I'm currently seeking Christian musicians for a festival (church sponsored) on 8/25-For this one you need to be comfortable playing in front of a potentially large audience.

Infor.: Must be able to play by ear (well) & pick up quickly, be available for practices, No control/ego issues, Able to take dir. from a female (if you're a guy), Able to perform out of town when needed (most concerts are in Houston metro though), flexible, and have a servant's heart. Equipment List:

I have a mic & a mic stand. I don't own a sound system although I am in the process of buying one. The event on the 25th will already have one. Also, I expect each musician to bring their own gear unless you just own an electric guitar & one of the songs is acoustic (I do own one as I'm trying to learn how to play myself).
