I’d say I’m primarily a rhythm player, unless the song is slowe and I have some room to breathe, I’m just not a shredder. Jazzy, rockabilly, bluesy leads are what I’m able to do right now. I got a solid chord vocabulary and have been playing for about 4 years. I’m currently working on my metal chops but it’s a work in progress ????????
I think this is how I should sum up my play style:
I really dig 80s hardcore punk, Psychedelic rock, surf, spaghetti western, and music with humor in it while also having a bitching instrumental section. I write my own music, but right now I’m just trying to find a band with similar interests to join, I’d like to learn how to play your jams (or covers) and do some gigs. I’m trying to level up as a musician and be around people that I can learn things from. Weather it be on an instrument, as a performer, as a leader of a band and how you organize practice and how to compose for multiple instruments, anything I can pick up!
