ABOUT

Mature gentleman with a love of music. I learned music on my own. Do not have any formal music education. Started playing in bands in the late 80s as a keyboard player and occasionally bass player. Played in Heavy Metal, POP Rock, Progressive Rock, Latin Rock cover bands. Currently not actively playing in a band. I have concentrated in my career in the healthcare industry. However, I do play and record my ideas in my spear time. I have done some work in the studio as a session player for others but nothing serious. I am looking for a band that is mature and focus to have some good times playing music we love. Looking for good and honest people.

Influences

Influences go back to the 70s and 80s with Yes, Rush, TOTO, Journey, BB King, Bob Marley, Beatles, Doors. Played in bands that will cover Black Sabbath, Metallica, Slayer, Ozzy, Kansas, Journey, Toto, Mana, Saga etc. Found the love of POP music within the 80s and blues. When I practice the guitar I lean to the heavy riffs or the clean bluesy. No preference in famous guitarist. However, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, BB King will make me stop and listen.
