I've been playing all kinds of music for 25 years (I'd say I'm 'pretty good' to 'very good'... but not "excellent"... not a Satriani or Steve Vai speed-type player, but I can hold my own... I still have a LOT to learn). BUT!... I like playing blues, blues/rock (Stevie Ray, Kenny Wayne Shepherd,etc.), rock/alternative rock (Foo Fighters, Tool, Chevelle, etc.), Country sometimes (K. Urban, B. Paisley, K. Chesney), and occaisionally jazz... My favorite artist/band is "Tool". Currently playing w/an established Southern Rock/Progressive Country band, and working on an Alternative Metal Project as well... Need a couple of players for the S. Rock/Country thing... A guitarist that can play rhythm and alternate lead for the alternative project.
