I played Tenor Saxophone through my highschool years and loved jazz band. Picked the sax back up a few years ago playing off and on.
I have at least 8 years of total playing looking to hook up with a band or even a bassist or a drummer to jam out for fun.
I can read music extremely well. I am just wanting to do this for fun and to get better. Always working on my tone.
My improvisation skills need a bit of work mainly working on arpeggios and getting those more fluid and under my fingers.

Influences
Love Coltrane, Rollins, Getz, Parker, Redman, Potter, and Gordon. I know I am leaving out a ton of great players.
I am heavily influenced by the Jazz Saxophone Greats.
I've recently been listening to a bit of Dexter Gordon. The first time I heard him play "Scrapple From The Apple" my jaw dropped.
