I am an intermediate guitar player in my 30's looking to join or start a band of some sort. Whether there are "gigs" associated is immaterial to me at this point. If a group is cohesive and creative enough I believe that the "gigs" will come naturally.

Influences
I was grew up in the era of alternative/rock music and have been inspired by the likes of: Peal Jam, Nirvana, Guns 'N Roses (Slash), Soundgarden, along with, Sublime, Tool, Rage Against the Machine and even Dave Matthews but also have tremendous admiration for Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton, The Who, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin just to name a few.
