45 yr self-taught guitar player. Not a natural lead player, but can improvise or learn solos. Ok on backing vocals, and maybe some lead vocals.
I am interested in two areas:
First, would like to join up with one or two acoustic players to play as a duet or trio, working on covers and maybe trying originals.
Second, would also enjoy joining or starting a cover band playing 70's classic rock and/or 80's mainstream hard rock/heavy metal.

Into variety of 80's metal. Also like Eric Johnson, Satriani, Spinal Tap. Like to "update" certain old classics (think Van Halen "You Really Got Me")
