ABOUT

I've played drums since I was 8 and guitar since I was 15. Along the way I picked up a bit of piano, mandolin & harmonica. I know basic music theory but I will get lost when it deviates too much from diatonic harmony. I played in several bands during and after high school. We recorded some music and played local gigs but nothing too serious.

Influences

My drumming influences started with 90's rock/Pop followed by classic rock and my favorite drummer is Stanton Moore who does the funky New Orleans 2nd line thing. Drumming is my most versatile instrument. My guitar style is blues/rock based along with acoustic finger picking stuff. My favorite Artist is Van Morrison and I'd love to play some of his songs with anyone who wanted to.
