I am a classically trained Guitarist and Vocalist looking for other serious and (no offense) advanced musicians who would like to form a band and eventually tour and record for a living, because that is exactly what I want to do for the rest of my life. The style of music that I want to play and write is alternative/progressive rock with Christian lyrics. I've been playing with bands for 8 years (7 different bands ranging in style everywhere from blues, to rock, to alternative, to cover: beach and contemporary pop, to experimental, to jazz, to progressive rock/metal.) and I am currently in a band called Fall of Ashes. I would love to move forward with this band but in it's current state it won't be able to do what I want to do. I am looking for musicians in my area that would like for form a band but I am also looking for musicians all over the world who would like to talk, compare styles and influences, write songs together, and play together because this is my passion, through and through. I want to write music that is Christian in meaning and nature but not in genre. I love deeply complex music but the lyrics that I write are based on Biblical principle because I want to speak to a generation of whether they believe God and His Word or not and still be able to relate to them because the principle that I write on is universal.
