my name is Jacqueline Carol ( Jackie Hoban) and I am a local solo artist who is new to the Monroe area. I am a singer-songwriter who plays mandolin, guitar, bass and a little bit of dobro. I have had years of experience performing solo, as well as singing harmony and playing guitar for my older sister ( who is also a singer) I have primarily played and performed country and bluegrass music throughout my lifetime, but I am open to singing and playing all different types of music. I have competed in various talent competitions both solo and with my sister, and have either placed or won many of these competitions. In addition, I also have experience opening for the Henhouse Prowlers, which is a well established bluegrass band in the Chicago metropolitan area.
