Lost In Brunswick is a classic rock jamband in the Mount Laurel/Moorestown area. We now SEEK AN EXPERIENCED DRUMMER or percussionist with rock-steady rhythm/tempos, any age, who enjoys JAMMING and having FUN with music, but who has their chops together enough to start lining up some GIGS. We're serious about music, but have day jobs and aren't looking to play full-time. For now we will be handling all the vocals until the drummer learns our repertoire, then will consider adding more vocals.

Again, this is about making music; making some cash is secondary.

While we each enjoy jamming with several groups, this classic rock group has been our main gig for ten years. We perform a hundred cover songs, and just completed an album of originals (and hope to do another album in the next year or so). We like to mix in a few originals each night, when appropriate.

Our repertoire is mostly CLASSIC ROCK, blues, folk, pop, jamband and psychedelia from the 60's and 70's (with some more current material), with some jazz, country and reggae mixed in. It helps if you know some Beatles and Pink Floyd, even some Dead, Neil Young or even James Taylor. We're not hard rockers or a bar band-—we prefer a more textural sound, with a wide range of dynamics and space.

We need quick-learning players to join us to jam/rehearse and play gigs, and parties. While we play many tunes note-for-note, we prefer creative players who know how to improvise and breathe life into music. We have a rehearsal space and P.A. This is mostly for fun-—we like our music to be a communication between decent people and decent musicians-—but we enjoy gigging and making some spare cash. (We've played close to 400 gigs in our 20 years together).
