ABOUT

I want to join/start a band playing classic/50s/60s rock similar to my former band. Throw in a little Elvis too. I played lead and rhythm in bands and currently play acoustic blues and acoustic versions of rock songs. I am fine with playing behind a front person/lead singer and playing rhythm or trading lead duties.

Band influences include 50s, 60s and most other classic rock and blues and also Elvis. Acoustic influences are definitely Hot Tuna, Taj Mahal, Brownie McGhee, Rev Gary Davis, Mississippi John Hurt as well as more contemporary finger style artists like Tommy Emmanuel, Arlo Guthrie, Tom Paxton, Phil Oaks, Dylan and Van Morrison and others.
