Electric/Acoustic guitar player, Studied Classical guitar and Jazz as well as played in bands in the past that played classic rock before it was called "classic". Looking to join local cover band playing a decent mix of 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000 on up tunes. If it's fun to play and people enjoy listening/dancing to it, I am up for it.
I am committed to rehearsals about once a week and playing out a few times a month. I have a day job and family, and not interested in re-living my youth on a quest to "make it".
But I would enjoy joining an established band of like-minded individuals who are decent players, and vocalists that want to get out and perform.
I feel pretty confident as a lead player and can play most any standard rock cover tunes from periods I mentioned above that are thrown at me. I learn quickly and have a good ear.
