We are looking for a lead guitarist, however before you say you are the proof is in the work, we are committed to entertaining an audience, if your lead guitar skills require that you have to "shine" or show off I am not interested that doesn't serve the band or the song. if you are in fifteen bands that doesn't help either but it could be negotiable. We also do expect you to know you're part , practice is on your time rehearsal however is a band thing. WE use backing tracks as little as possible, but find a keyboardist(not a pianist) is near impossible these days and not worth the time. We play 70's, 80's 90's etc pop not Dua lipa or adele mind you but journey, outfield, micheal jackson etc . if you can do the work we will have a blast
