ABOUT

Acoustic Smoke is an active working band that plays across northern Minnesota. We are a three man team playing all original music and currently working on our third album. Our second album, "Leave Better Than You Are" was funded by a grant from the Region 2 Arts Council of Minnesota. We are represented by the Carlson Talent Agency out of Grand Rapids under a non-exclusive contract. The band is considering moving to a full regional act.

Roy Hershberger, one of the groups founding members, is considering leaving the band and may need to be replaced. We are putting out feelers to see what interest there may be locally for his replacement. This person would need to be a fairly stellar guitarist, reliable and willing to put up with all the long nights, bad pay and poor crowds of a regional working band that does not play the bar circuit.

EQUIPMENT

The band owns and operates it's own full PA system at 12 channels and 4000 watts consisting of Of a third generation Allen and Heath MixWizard board, two Electrovoice ETX 12p speakers and a Sennheiser EW300 2 IEM G3 monitor system.
