Been playing music for about 15 years. I've been playing guitar for about 12 years. I've been playing in church worship bands for about 11 years. I've tried starting my own band a few times but never ended up working out. I've had some experience recording. I prefer playing lead guitar over rhythm but I love doing both. I haven't played many gigs, unless you count playing at church, in which case I've played hundreds. I'm not looking to join a church praise band. Lookin' for a real band that can really go somewhere. I can read sheet music and I'm halfway okay at writing music. I love to improvise on the guitar and jam, just give me a drum beat and a little bass.
AS far as the song on here goes, this is a song I recorded back in '03 when my friend and I were trying to start a band. It's just a song I kinda made up on the spot. I recorded the background rhythm guitar, then went back and recorded the lead over that. The drums are just a drum machine. The recording quality isn't the best, gets a little distorted at times, gains were too high when recording but hey, we were still learning.
