Hi everyone!
My name is Johna and I am looking to join or form a cover band for fun and to make some side income.
A bit about me:
I'm from the Adirondack Mountains in New York, where my family of musicians still reside. I grew up in a musical family, with just about every relative playing out regularly, many still now. I learned most of what I know from watching them. I picked up guitar when I was around 7, and I took just about every music class offered at my small high school.
After I graduated, I played in a few garage bands as a bass player, but after moving, I didn't know any other musicians, so I began playing a lot of solo or duo acoustic stuff.
I recently moved to Aurora with my partner and, while I do love playing acoustic sets of my own, I miss playing with a band.
