Hi Everyone,
I've played Metal for close to 15 years. I started playing guitar in 2001, I'm self taught. I have a pretty good ear so I pick things up very quickly.
I was in several bands:
Absolute Ruin - Rhythm Guitar/Back Up Vox 2001-2008
New Weapons of Ruin - Rhythm Guitar/Back Up Vox 2010-2015
Locker Room Talk (Cover Band) - Playing Bass 2017-2018
I've worked with many musicians and I'm pretty laid back and try to convenience everyone as much as possible. I am however hoping to work with people who are committed enough to play shows at least 1-3 times a month. Practice weekly. Record at some point.
I'm not Dave Mustaine by any means but I'm a pretty thorough writer. Most of my skill lies in my intuitive writing. I regularly write in garage band and can send sample stuff upon request.
I can also jam pretty well because of my ear.
I live in Bayonne NJ. I have a car and am looking to join or start a band somewhere in Hudson County.
I promised myself I would never stop playing music so that's that.

Influences
It's too much to list. I like metal mainly although unfortunately these days it's a dying genre. I like 70s funk and disco. I'm pretty open so anything that sounds good, I love.

EQUIPMENT
I use an Epiphone Explorer for Guitar, an ME-70 Boss Processor and Hughes and Ketner halfstack.
For Bass, I forget the brand but it does the job and looks like. I have access to bass half stacks if needed.
