Older musician here but not ANCIENT. Just a bit older out from my 20's-30's.....(not ready to give exact age unless ageism is a thing for you then please stop here.)
I'm trying to form the right band but lately I'm surrounded by amateurs w/ prima-donna complexes and I'm spinning my wheels because I have real catchy, rocking songs and I want them to get better treatment than they are getting currently. Like when I book gigs the only question I hear is about the money when we haven't even played but 4 gigs....I mean wtf.
Honestly. These guys never rehearse on their own either. Sigh.
