Hi I'm a (mostly) Guitarist and prolific singer/songwriter, advanced, late 30s, based in White Plains seeking either EITHER or BOTH

1.) Song collaborator - Someone who has been writing a while and could use a sounding board and/or help completing
2.) Combo musician (drums piano, bass, guitar, singer or even something less typical all OK) for small group

Sound is a little hard to describe but kind of singer songwriter pop with an edge. Catchy, rhythmic,hints of soul/funk, jazz flavored chords, pop & rock of all eras, some world music. Influences heavy on the pop/soul/funk/yacht rock side but I can like most genres done well. Not so into hardcore metal, punk, emo indie, or rap.

Prefer diverse & fluid players able to genre leap and play by ear. I don't write complex things for its own sake but some songs include strange rhythm and chord motifs.

Please be Westchester local and under 55 if possible, able to commit to 1-2x a week. I have a semi-equipped home rehearsal spot, though yours might be better.

1.) People to start a funk/r&b cover band with (or one to join)
2.) People in Westchester area who share my influences and like collaborating on original music.
3.) Piano players in Westchester area
4.) Vocalists who need more strong original material
