ABOUT

I started my music life with classical piano at age six. As a teenager I've studied with Brazilian pianist Gilberto Tinetti. After graduating in Electronics Engineering, I've followed a career in technology, but always pursuing my musical passion on the side. In Brazil, I've studied jazz piano and saxophone at CLAM Zimbo Trio school, and music production, music business, and recording engineering at OMiD Audio Academy.

In Los Angeles, during my MBA at USC, I took jazz piano improvisation courses with
Shelly Berg, John Thomas and Lloyd Hebert at Thornton School of Music. I've also studied jazz piano performance at Berklee College of Music, and hold a Master Certificate in Writing and Producing from Berklee Online, having taken courses on orchestration and film scoring with Pinar Toprak and Jack Freeman, respectively. After years of several career endeavors as an IT executive in large corporations, I decided to go for my passion: film music composition and music production. Using a musical storytelling approach, I strive to permeate life stories and my own experience into the music, to draw audiences to unexpected emotional vibes.
