Just for S and G—live music, just for the fun of it.
Steve and Greg of Just for S and G is a duo that tries to bring a sense of fun to their music. They put the emphasis on playing what the audience wants to hear instead of playing off of a set list. They take requests and also invite anyone to sing or jam along with them while playing the songs we all know and love. For each show they play many instruments, including the harmonica, banjo, and mandolin--along with 6- and 12-string guitars. Of course they have their own sound system which is custom-made and allows them to play amplified as well as acoustically. Their song book features over 350 songs and is growing, and features the music of many different genres, including folk, rock, country, and blues.
