SEEKING
Band to Join, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboard.ABOUT
Drummer with 45 yrs playing experience. Can play practically anything, although classic and progressive rock are my forte. Academically trained. Can sight read sheet music and charts.
I'm working on the Nashville number system.
Band experience includes a number of top 40, rock, country cover and tribute bands, and a 21 piece big band. I also have several recording excursions.
I am looking for an established, high caliber, special events cover band that gigs two to four times a month. If I can't find that, then I will assemble an outfit myself.

EQUIPMENT
My primary kit is a Blue 1980 Ludwig Vista-lite Octaplus drumset (bought brand new), a Roland TD-27KV electric drumset, and a cajon.
The Ludwig kit is very modular and I can tailor its size to the gig at hand (from a 4-piece trap set to the entire monstrosity). The Ludwid kit can be played wide open, slightly muffled, or fully muffled and routed through my Alesis D-4 processer.
