ABOUT

I am a drummer. I like to play cover tunes and not really interested in making or playing originals. I have played in a classic rock cover band and Rock/Metal Cover Bands. Played gigs on a monthly basis so not every week. Did things like Battle of the Bands and Cover Wars etc. I stopped playing in 2015 and took a few years off. I started playing again a 4 years ago and I play about 4 or 5 days a week after work. I have been playing in a thrash metal/hard rock cover band now for about 10 months.
We practice in my basement in Overland Park , KS. This project is not really going anywhere so I am looking to get into something else. Right now we are playing Anthrax, Ironmaiden, Killswitch engage, Krokus, Metallica, Megdeth, Motorhead, Judas Priest, Prong, and Kyuss.

EQUIPMENT

I have 1993 Ludwig Double Bass Drum set that I normally just play with one bass drum and a DW 9000 double pedal. I have the best Rolland Electric Drum Set that is currently on the market. It is the TD 50 and has the larger bass drum with full size snare and 4 full size toms, cymbals etc. I have mostly been playing on that since I can play using just a head set. I do have a amp for it that I can play though when I want. I don't really have much PA equipment. I have some stuff but its pretty old. I have a few videos of myself playing along with some songs. Not the greatest quality recording but good enough to see me play a bit.
