At the present, Odd Notion is more of an idea than a band. We currently consist of three members. We have a guitarist, a bassist, and a drummer. We are all music lovers who share the same dream of someday making it big in the music scene. All we really lack is a solid lead singer who can maybe also play an instrument such as guitar or even keyboards. We currently have been on hiatus from any legitimate practice due to not having a lead singer. We are hoping that this lead singer would be a driving/inspirational force in this band. Someone who could really jump-start us into the right direction by helping us write some quality lyrics and songs. We are all of intermediate skill level with limited music theory knowledge. (Theory isn't that important to us if you don't know it either) We each have several years of playing time with our respective instruments. We dig music from almost every era. Mostly, we enjoy classic rock of the sixties and seventies and especially nineties alternative rock.

A few of our greatest influences are The Beatles, Third Eye Blind, Pearl Jam, and Oasis.
