ABOUT

Knotfäl is known for their energetic music that as they say "Rocks the hell out of every venue they play" with a wide variety of covers ranging from hardrock to Pop punk and a show so full of energy no matter what the occasion, they make sure your time out drinking and dancing is one knot to forget.
Knotfäl is a four piece band that came into the music world in February 2006 out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Lead singer Roy comes from a background of many other bands and many winning kareoke contests. With his wide vocal range there is hardly any song he can't perform. Bass player Joe comes from a music background of many years with following his role model father around (a former 20 year vet in the radio business) Joe played guitar for 8 years and decided to switch to his new love, the bass guitar in August of 2005. Drummer Dan is the newest addition to Knotfäl. Entering the band in January 2008 with a wide range taste of music and quick fills, you will be dancing to his beats all night long. Lead guitarist as well as keyboardist John comes from a classic rock background, after picking up a guitar at a very early age he strives to be one of the best at what he does. His father as well is a very talented musician. Put these four together and you get one hell of an expierence unlike any other.
With only 13 months under their belts Knotfäl has accomplished what many bands strive for everyday. Ranging in write ups of their great performances on Pennlive as well as being the band of the month in the November 2006 issue of Flymagazine (.flymagazine) to a Miller Lite sponsorship. They have recently joined with harrisburg's well known Kamionka Entertainment Group and play some of the most popular clubs known in the Harrisburg/York, PA area.
Knotfäl has a lot of plans for down the road and have just begun their journey into this crazy world they call the music business. Be sure to see Knotfäl out a venue near you, you wont regret it. Knotfäl has been working on their own original music and plan to come out with their first EP within the next upcoming months. Until then...
