I've been writing songs and singing since I was 10, and playing piano since age 15 or so. I play acoustic guitar as well but not as much. Mostly I use it as a writing instrument. Composition-wise, I write acoustic guitar ballads which sound either mainstream or folk, piano alternative/pop songs, electronic/ambient, and pure instrumental/classical style. I've even been known to write a country tune but never played much with that genre.
