I have wildly eclectic tastes in what I enjoy playing. I've played in groups that are: acoustic, blues, funk, progressive, rock, alternative, classic rock, Americana, classical, jazz, R&B, folk, pop, power pop, reggae, and world. I'm a solid lead and rhythm player in all of these genres.
I write originals mostly in the power pop/rock style (see 'Happiness' video below) with influences from: Big Star, Beatles, Who, Jelllyfish, Bob Mould, Cheap Trick, Replacements, Badfinger, Matthew Sweet, Elvis Costello, Nick Lowe, Posies, New Pornographers, The Beths
