ABOUT

I am a drummer/percussionist with extensive experience that has just moved to the Bangor area. The last band I was in is the grunge/folk band Sugarbush out of the Monroe/Belfast area. The song I posted is from our second day of practice so please excuse the cell phone recording level of quality (and the initial talking at the beginning.) We played a lot of notable gigs ranging from All Roads Music Festival to Common Ground and opening for the Mallet Brothers at Threshers, where we played frequently as headliners also. I am seeking out a new band to join or people with experience that want to start a band ideally, but I miss playing and would love to even just get together and jam. I have been playing a variety of percussion instruments for 20 years in various genres and also have been singing in bands and choral groups since I was a child. I am into a really diverse range of styles (as you will see from my influences, of which I have only listed a small fraction), but my favorites are grunge, Celtic, and black metal.
