Our funk/fusion band is in a transition period. We play mostly jazz/funk looking to get edgy into funk, fusion and originals. We've got a killer guitar player and are now looking for a keyboard multi-instrumentalist - piano, rhodes, hammond, synth. Must be able to solo, improvise parts.Tunes are usually charted, your own contributions welcome. We span funk to fusion - Galactic-Carlton-Jaco-Yellowjackets. Rehearsal at house with studio equipment. Quintet includes drums, bass, guitar and sax (sop, alto, tenor). We all have jobs and families, so planning and commitment are critical.
